By accessing or using Plurall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

Plurall is a decision-support platform that submits your questions to multiple AI models simultaneously and synthesises their responses into a structured debate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.


5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Plurall and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.


6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Plurall a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plurall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
